“There is such a focus on the development of the whole child, as evidenced in regular visits from a music/movement instructor, animals from a nature center, etc. We couldn’t ask for a better nursery school experience. We feel very lucky to have found this very special place for our son.”

Teachers who are experts in their fields enrich the classroom learning experiences.

Nature/Science: Children are offered the opportunity to understand and appreciate nature by meeting live creatures, exploring their habitats and experimenting with the physics of our earth.
Stories in Motion: Original and traditional childrens’ songs that are fun to sing and act out are taught. Children are encouraged to become physically involved in singing and play acting.
Creative Movement: Children are encouraged and motivated to move to different rhythms and styles of music. Emphasis is placed on large motor skill development.

In each experience, a new skill may be acquired; new knowledge may be accumulated. The primary emphasis throughout the day and week is on socializing and communicating; listening, following directions, developing the ability and desire to express verbally joys, frustrations, wishes, fears, fellowship, and learnings.
